What is your favorite color? Yellow
Describe yourself in 3 words Determined, focused, adventurous
Favorite food(s)? Sushi, ice cream, and Boba
Whats your most valued possession, and why?
My most valued possession is my car that I’ve affectionately named, “Ellis”. Ellis is special because it’s my dream car, a Mini Cooper. It’s also named after the mother of the main character on Grey’s Anatomy, Ellis Grey, which is my favorite show.
If you had the opportunity to travel anywhere in the world where would it be? Why?
I would love to travel to Thailand. Not only is it known to be the “Land of Smiles”, it is also known for its breath-taking beaches, stunning temples, and the modern urban sprawl in Bangkok.
What extra-curricular activities have you been involved with?
I’ve been involved with Girl Scouts, Volleyball, Track and Field, ASB, Key Club, Drama Club, Yearbook, S.A.D.D. Club, Student cheering committee, Campus Ministry, Letterwomen Club, Antelope Valley hospital volunteer, Alpha Charter Guild Debutante, and Honor Societies.
Describe your family or a favorite childhood memory
My family is a big mix of crazy and love. Our blended family includes my mom, my step-dad, and my three siblings. It’s safe to say that we are the modern day Brady Bunch, minus the maid and the dog.
When I was young, I wanted to be this when I grew up… Dancer
Now, I want to be… Pediatric Surgeon
What are my future goals, college I will attend, or careers I want to go after
I plan to attend a four year university and double major in Biomedical Sciences and Spanish. After obtaining a bachelors degree, I plan on attending medical school. Once I complete medical school, I plan to participate in a surgical residency program where I will work to pursue licensing and board certification.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I see myself graduating from medical school and starting my career as a pediatric surgeon.
Is there something else you want shared about yourself on your blog post?
I’m in the process of completing my Girl Scout Gold Award. I,vet designed and painted a sensory walk at a local elementary school. I’ve also created a healthy eating and exercise program for the kids at the school to teach them the importance of healthy snacks and staying fit!
